Organizers are expecting over 30 dancing contingents to join the Sinulog Grand Parade which is the main highlight of the festival. Colorful floats and higantes will also join the day-long parade along the main roads of downtown and uptown Cebu City.

The raffle will be drawn on February 7, 2019 with a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) present. Raffle winners will be selected on the basis of a randomized selection.
