Aklanons to showcase products at SM City Iloilo
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from the Province of Aklan will again come together and showcase their products in the Aklan Green Product Exposition ’17 at SM City Iloilo Event Center from September 25 to October 1.
This year’s product showcase, which is anchored on the theme “Go Green! Go Natural!” will offer an exciting showcase of craftsmanship and design innovation which are distinctively produced in the Province of Aklan.
It will feature festive season decorations, naturally dyed wearables, trendy fashion accessories, home and office items using the indigenous fibers and reprocessed wood, as well as Aklan’s well known meat and bakery products.
The event will also feature the products of micro entrepreneurs assisted by the Negosyo Centers and the SME Roving Academy. The activity is expected to gather 31 Aklan entrepreneurs, and aims to outdo last year’s sales of Php6.48M.
The opening of the exhibit will be at 2pm, on September 25.
This marketing activity is jointly organized by the DTI - Aklan, the Hugod Aklanon Producers Association, Inc., and the Provincial Government of Aklan in partnership with the Provincial MSME Development Council.
