Jeric Gonzales and Klea Pineda visit Ilonggo fans
Kapuso stars Jeric Gonzales and Klea Pineda will treaed their fans to an afternoon of fun and kilig at North Point SM City Iloilo on September 29 for a Kapuso Mall Show courtesy of GMA Regional TV.
Viewers first noticed the chemistry between the two talented artists in the suspense-drama series ‘Ika-5 Utos’, and have since looked forward to seeing them together in more soaps.
A homegrown talent of the Network and winner of the all-original talent search ‘Protégé’, Jeric has consistently proven his caliber in portraying different roles. Since then, he has become one of GMA’s sought-after leading men. He is also known for being musically-inclined in singing and playing the guitar.
Meanwhile, Klea was hailed as the ‘Ultimate Female Survivor’ in the sixth season of the original reality-based artista seach ‘StarStruck.’ Soon after, she starred in the top-rating series ‘Encantadia’ as Muyak, and in ‘Sirkus’ as Sefira. With her tall, statuesque figure and striking features, many have called her a future beauty queen.
This year, Jeric and Klea take their tandem to the next level as they headline GMA Afternoon Prime’s upcoming series Magkaagaw, a controversial drama that follows the story of a daughter who suffers from the consequences of the sins of her mother.
While mirroring the current set-up of most modern couples today, their characters will introduce a story like no other as they get entangled in the secrets and controversies of their own families, harped on revenge and filial sentiments.
Joining Jeric and Klea in the series are two of the industry’s versatile actresses: former on-screen rivals Sheryl Cruz and Sunshine Dizon. Also joining them is actor-politician Alfred Vargas.
“We are ending September with an afternoon of fun and kilig with GMA Network homegrown talents Jeric Gonzales and Klea Pineda,” says GMA Regional TV Vice President and Head Oliver Amoroso. “Even though they are busy with their upcoming drama series, Jeric and Klea are spending time with our Kapusong Ilonggos as their way of reaching out to their fans in the regions. GMA Regional TV is more than happy to bring them closer to their supporters.”
