StarStruck Final 4 Hopefuls compete on the final stretch of their artista journey

The seventh season of GMA Network’s original reality-based artista search, StarStruck, is one step towards hailing its newest Ultimate Male and Female Survivor. After a series of eliminations, the remaining Final 4 Survivors are in it for the challenge of a lifetime as they compete one last time.

On its last week, StarStruck 7 features a two-part Final Judgment special where 12 Avengers and StarStruck Graduates will return and participate in the competition.

17-year-old Shayne Sava from Rizal shares what it means to be the next Ultimate Female Survivor, “Matatag sa kahit anong laban, hindi susuko, handang tanggapin ‘yung mga kamalian niya, opinion, at advice ng iba.”

19-year-old Lexi Gonzales from Manila, on the one hand, believes that the next Ultimate Female Survivor is someone who continues to learn and gives her best in all she does, “Patuloy na natututo, mapagkumbaba, at hindi kinakalimutan ‘yung mga taong nandiyan para sa kaniya. Siyempre patuloy din na binibigay ‘yung lahat niya.”

Meanwhile, 19-year-old Kim de Leon from Batangas cites the qualities that the next Ultimate Male Survivor should hold, “Humility - always keep your feet on the ground, talent, and character. Of course, hindi dapat mawala ‘yung page-enjoy para mas maganda ‘yung kalabasan ng performance.”

For 16-year-old Allen Ansay from Camarines Sur, the next Ultimate Male Survivor will go all out for his dreams, “Ibibigay ko ‘yung buong makakaya ko. Ibubuhos ko na talaga lahat.”

Following a string of demanding artista tests which include singing, dancing, and acting, the highly-talented Final 4 have proven to be deserving of their coveted spots. On the final stretch of their StarStruck journey this week, they will be given off-beat roles. Their outputs will be presented to the StarStruck council – Ms. Heart Evangelista, Ms. Cherie Gil, Mr. Jose Manalo – and will be given comments, recommendations, and evaluated for their scores. Like always, the Judges’ scores will only comprise 50% of each Hopeful’s total score, while the other 50% will come from audience votes. Voting has been opened for viewers to show support for their favourite Hopeful. Viewers can vote until Sunday through SMS by typing Starstruck (space) Name of Hopeful and send to 4627, voting online can be also be done by visiting www.gmanetwork.com/starstruckvote or via Google by searching StarStruck Vote.
